TKH expands Executive Board

TKH Group NV (TKH) announces that the Supervisory Board intends to appoint Mr. A. (Arne) Dehn as a member of the TKH Executive Board effective 1 August 2011.

Mr. Dehn (1969) has a German nationality and has ample international management experience, with companies such as Honeywell Automation Controls Business, where he has been in charge of ESSER & Ackermann in Germany. Mr. Dehn has a Masters degree in Marketing, International Business and Organizational Development.

The addition of Mr. Dehn to the Executive Board is fully in line with TKH's ambition to further expand its activities in the Building Solutions business segment, as well as in the related sub-segment security systems. Mr. Dehn will be responsible for the Building Solutions business segment within the TKH organization.

The Supervisory Board's appointment of Mr. Dehn will be formalised once TKH has informed its shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on 7 July 2011.

With effect from 1 August 2011, the TKH Executive Board will comprise of Alexander van der Lof (CEO), Elling de Lange (CFO) and Arne Dehn.

TKH Telecom Solutions operates in three distinct sub-segments: optical fibre networks, copper networks and indoor telecom systems.

Building Solutions develops, produces and supplies solutions in the field of efficient electro-technology ranging from applications within buildings through to technical systems that – combined with software – provide efficiency solutions for the care and security sectors. Building Solutions operates in three distinct sub-segments: building technologies, security systems and connectivity systems.

Industrial Solutions, develops, produces and supplies solutions ranging from specialty cable, "plug and play" cable systems through to integrated systems for the production of care and truck tyres. Industrial Solutions operates in two distinct subsegments: connectivity systems and manufacturing systems.
