Océ publishes interim financial report 2011

Venlo, The Netherlands, 25 August 2011 ─ Océ, an international leader in printing and digital document management, announces it has published its interim financial report 2011, covering the period January through June 2011.

This report complements the press release issued on 22 July 2011, related to the second quarter of 2011.

The interim financial report is in accordance with the requirements of the EU Transparency Directive and includes a directors' interim report, a directors' responsibility statement and consolidated interim financial statements in accordance with IAS 34. The interim financial report 2011 is available via www.investor.oce.com.

A financial analyst conference call is scheduled for Wednesday 31 August 2011 at 11:00 CET, during which Océ CEO Rokus van Iperen will host a question and answer session. This call will be webcast on www.investor.oce.com.
