UNIDATA: CHANGES TO THE 2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Roma, 19 November 2024 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., communicates, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., an integration to the financial calendar for the 2024 financial year, announced on 29 January 2024.
The integration, approved by the Board of Directors on today's date, concerns the addition of the Board of Directors on Tuesday 17 December for the examination and approval of the 2025-2027 Business Plan and the presentation of the 2025-2027 Business Plan to the financial community.
The next appointments of the 2024 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:
