Notice of Intended Dividend Payments

Corpus Resources Plc (LSE: COR) announces that further to the announcements, dated 19 August 2024 and 5 September 2024, William Antony Batty, of Antony Batty & Company LLP, intends on making first and final dividend payments to the preferential and unsecured creditors under the terms of the approved Creditor Voluntary Arrangement (the "CVA") by 13 December 2024.

Creditors, who have not already submitted proof of debt, are required to do so, on or before 30 November 2024, being the last date for proving. Proof of debt should be submitted to William Antony Batty at Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London WC1R 5EF, and if requested, creditors are to provide such further details, documentation or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

Creditors, who have not proved their debt before the date specified above, are not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it.

Please Note: The last date for submitting a proof of debt is 30 November 2024.
