Aperam announces its financial calendar for 2012

Luxembourg, 19 December 2011 - Aperam today announces its financial calendar for 2012.

Earnings calendar

• 6 February 2012*: earnings for 4th quarter 2011 and 12 months 2011
• 9 May 2012*: earnings for 1st quarter 2012
• 24 July 2012*: earnings for 2nd quarter 2012 and 6 months 2012
• 30 October 2012*: earnings for 3rd quarter 2012 and 9 months 2012

(* earnings are issued after the closing of the European stock exchanges on which the Aperam share is listed)

General Meeting of Shareholders

• 8 May 2012: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Luxembourg
