Vierde kwartaal 2011 Trading Update

Nieuw recordjaar voor Acomo groep

Amsterdam Commodities (Acomo) meldt dat de activiteiten zich in het vierde kwartaal van 2011 verder positief ontwikkeld hebben en dat ook de resultaten in lijn bleven met de gunstige trend van de eerste drie kwartalen.

Op basis van de trading resultaten in het vierde kwartaal 2011 bevestigen wij dat het jaar 2011 opnieuw een uitstekend jaar zal zijn voor de groep. De groepsomzet zal rond € 570 miljoen uitkomen (2010: € 375 miljoen). Alle activiteiten waren winstgevend. Gebaseerd op niet gecontroleerde cijfers anticiperen wij dat het netto resultaat de mijlpaal van € 26 miljoen zal overschrijden (2010: € 15,5 miljoen), een nieuw record voor de groep.

De definitief gecontroleerde resultaten zullen worden gepubliceerd op 15 maart 2012. De jaarrekening 2011 is vanaf 17 april 2012 op de website beschikbaar. De Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders zal plaatsvinden op 30 mei 2012 in het Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam.

Fourth quarter 2011 trading update Rotterdam, 16 February 2012

New record year for Acomo group

Amsterdam Commodities (Acomo) reports that the performance of the group in the fourth quarter 2011 continued positively and in line with the profitable trend reported before.

Based on the trading results for the fourth quarter 2011, we confirm that 2011 will be a very good year for the group again. Consolidated sales will amount to approximately € 570 million (2010: € 375 million). All activities were profitable. Based on unaudited results, we anticipate the consolidated net profit to exceed the € 26 million mark (2010: € 15.5 million), a new record year for the Acomo Group.

The final audited figures for 2011 will be announced on 15 March 2012 and the annual accounts will be published on our website on 17 April 2012. The Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on 30 May 2012 in Rotterdam.
