Noordwijk, 13 July 2012 - New Sources Energy N.V. announces that the composition of its board has changed. Per 1 July 2012, Mr Guido Schlösser is a non Executive Director of the company.
Furthermore, New Sources Energy N.V. announces that Mr Dries Wilschut has stepped down as Executive Director.
New Sources Energy develops, operates and invests in projects that generate electricity using renewable energy sources. New Sources Energy achieves this by aiming for a portfolio that is balanced and diversified from both a geographical and technological point of view.
