Qurius invitation for info meeting (30 August) and EGM (4 October)

Zaltbommel, 3 August 2012 – Qurius invites its shareholders to an informal information meeting, starting 16h00, at its offices in Zaltbommel on 30 August.

During this meeting, the Executive Board will give an explanation of the state of affairs, the Supervisory Board will provide insight into the possible options regarding the sale of Qurius and, furthermore, Prodware will be introduced. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions between all programme items.

No decisions will be made during this informal briefing, as its purpose is merely exchange of information, sharing of ideas and opinion formation.

Shareholders can register via a form on the Qurius site or by email to nl.info@qurius.com. Filing of documents will not be necessary.

Moreover, Qurius plans an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 4 October. The agenda will include the sale of Qurius Netherlands B.V. to Prodware S.A. and the liquidation of Qurius N.V. This meeting will also be held at the offices of Qurius in Zaltbommel, starting 10h00.

Qurius will make the official documents as required for the EGM available for its shareholders via its website as soon as possible. These documents also contain the official invitation and the agenda of the EGM. Another important item of the documents is the information memorandum, which includes more information about the course of the sales process and data on Prodware.

By using these documents, shareholders can also prepare themselves for the informal information meeting.
