Aperam announces the publication of its 2012 Annual Report

Luxembourg, 7 March 2013 - Aperam announces the publication of its 2012 Annual Report. The report is available on www.aperam.com under "Investors & shareholders" > "Aperam Financial Reports".

The 2012 Annual Report is part of the documentation for the upcoming Annual general meeting of shareholders on 8 May 2013.
