OCI N.V. to Change Primary Listing Currency to EUR

OCI N.V. announced today that management and the board of directors have taken the necessary steps to convert the company's primary listing trading currency on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam from US dollars to Euros. This conversion is expected to facilitate higher daily liquidity on the stock, especially among European investors. In addition, a EUR trading line will make OCI N.V. eligible for the selection universe of the AEX, AMX and AScX indices. NYSE Euronext Amsterdam´s next indices review will take place in September 2013.The last day of trading in US dollars will be 27 August 2013 and the first day of trading in Euros will be 28 August 2013.

OCI N.V.'s American Depository Receipts (ADRs) on the OTCQX International Premier will remain USDdenominated.
