OCI N.V. to Enter AMX Index

OCI N.V. announced today that following the quarterly review of the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam indices, OCI N.V. will be included in the AMX index as of 23 September, 2013.

The AMX index is the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam's midcap index. As of the close of trading today, OCI N.V.'s market capitalization is approximately € 6.4 billion¹ .
