OCI Announces the Appointment of Construction Group Chief Financial Officer

OCI N.V. (NYSE Euronext: OCI) announced today the appointment of Mark Littel to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Engineering & Construction Group, effective 1 September , 2014.

Mr. Littel brings extensive financial and audit experience and leadership to the OCI Engineering & Construction Group. He joined KPMG in 1985 and became a partner in 2000. During his career with KPMG, Mr. Littel audited and advised global clients at corporate and divisional levels. He also has a successful track record advising in the development and implementation of internal controls for international clients.

Mr. Littel is a member of the Royal Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants.
