NSI hires Patrick Ruwiel as COO ad interim

Hoofddorp, 9 October 2014 – NSI N.V. ("NSI") announces that Patrick Ruwiel will take the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on ad interim basis, until the position of COO has been filled in. Patrick Ruwiel has many years of real estate experience, asset management in particular. As interim COO he will focus on further executing NSI's strategy, in particular the asset rotation strategy as announced in February 2014, and the financial performance of the Dutch portfolio.

Most recently Patrick Ruwiel worked as Director Real Estate at Delta Lloyd Asset Management. Previously he worked at MN Services. Before that he was director of the Dutch branch of Austrian real estate investor Akron, after being an entrepreneur. Patrick Ruwiel is fellow of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and he was a board member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The search to fill in the position of COO is ongoing.
