7 April 2015– NSI N.V. ("NSI") appoints Anne de Jong as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Anne de Jong has over 20 years experience in various management positions in the Dutch real estate market in both the offices and the retail segment. Most recently he was Portfolio Director Dutch Office Fund at CBRE Global Investors. He previously held several other positions in the field of portfolio management at CBRE, ING Real Estate and MN Services.
Anne de Jong will join NSI as per 1 May 2015. He will assume the activities of the departed COO. The title CIO (Chief Investment Officer) is now being used because it better reflects the responsibilities which consists of the further elaboration of the strategy, in close collaboration with the CEO and the CFO, and the day-to-day management of the portfolio of NSI.
The proposed appointment of Anne de Jong as CIO is subject to approval of a yet to convene extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
Following this appointment, the Board of Management of NSI will consist of Johan Buijs (CEO), Daniël van Dongen (CFO) and Anne de Jong (CIO).
