Duiven, the Netherlands, November 4, 2015 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (the "Company" or "Besi") (NYSE Euronext: BESI; OTCQX: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, today announced that it repurchased 14,000 of its ordinary shares during the period from Tuesday October 27, 2015 up to and including Wednesday November 4, 2015 at a weighted average price of € 19.95 for a total purchase amount of € 279,354. Since September 25, 2015, Besi has purchased a total of 81,581 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of € 15.33 for a total purchase amount of € 1,250,522. The share repurchases are part of a buy-back program announced on September 25, 2015.
