DOCDATA N.V. completes transaction with Ingram Micro

DOCDATA N.V. (Waalwijk, The Netherlands) announces that the transaction with Ingram Micro, which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of DOCDATA N.V. last Wednesday 16 December 2015, on the sale and purchase of all shares in the issued share capital of both companies DOCdata Nederland B.V. and DOCdata International B.V. has been completed this morning. The shares of both companies have been delivered by DOCDATA N.V. to Ingram Micro Regent B.V. after the fulfilment of all agreed conditions, including payment of the purchase proceeds.

The listed DOCDATA N.V. at this moment only exists of the line of business:
