OCI N.V. Declares the Netherlands as its Home Member State

In accordance with the implementation of the new Transparency Directive in the Netherlands, OCI N.V. (Euronext: OCI) declares the Netherlands as its Home Member State. This obligation is included in section 5:25a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (FSA).
