World restaurant 'Watertuin' is coming to 'In de Bogaard'

Hoofddorp, 9 June 2016 - NSI has reached agreement with world restaurant 'Watertuin', an international chain, for the lease of the entire 1^st floor in the Sterpassage in shopping center 'In de Bogaard' in Riiswijk. Watertuin offers a contemporary, unique, all-inclusive concept for breakfast, lunch and dinner. NSI and Watertuin agreed a fifteen year lease. A part of the approx. 5,000 sqm will be fitted out as playground.

The restaurant in Rijswijk will be the 4^th Watertuin in the Netherlands, following Naaldwijk, Schiedam and Spijkenisse. Watertuin is a premier all-you-can-eat concept, at an affordable price, in a contemporary environment. An extensive range of dishes is being prepared at a central location and being distributed to the various restaurants of Watertuin.

In the coming period, all parties involved will cooperate in the further development of the plans and the related permitting process.
