Aperam announces its financial calendar for 2017

Luxembourg December 15, 2016 - Aperam today announces its financial calendar for 2017.

Earnings calendar*:

09 February 2017: earnings for 4th quarter 2016 and 12 months 2016 10 May 2017: earnings for 1st quarter 2017 26 July 2017: earnings for 2nd quarter 2017 and 6 months 2017 08 November 2017: earnings for 3rd quarter 2017 and 9 months 2017 (* earnings are issued after the closing of the European stock exchanges on which the Aperam share is listed)

General Meeting of Shareholder:

10 May 2017: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Luxembourg
