The General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg delivered its judgment in the case brought by Kendrion N.V. (C-479/14) to claim damages caused by the delay in ruling on an appeal against an EU fine judgment (T-54/06).
The Court ruled that the European Union must pay Kendrion compensation of EUR 588,769 for financial damages and EUR 6,000 for non-financial damages.
