Holland Colours NV announces that the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders as held today, has appointed Mr. Jorrit Klaus as member of the Supervisory Board of Holland Colours NV.
With 20 years of experience in the chemical sector, Mr Jorrit Klaus has a broad international and business to business experience, as well as technical and general knowledge and is Managing Director of Synres BV in Hoek van Holland.
