FINANCIAL REPORT

for the six month period ended June 30, 2018

For the six months ended June 30, 2018, we had revenues of €475.8 million (YoY increase of 4.8%) and Adjusted EBITDA of €153.0 million (YoY increase of 9.1%). These results do not include Invitel Távközlési Zrt's ("Invitel") revenues and EBITDA.

At the end of the period we achieved total Group RGUs (excluding Invitel) of 13.7 million (YoY increase of 6%). Invitel RGU's were 0.762 million at the end of the period.
