Aloys Kregting resigns as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ordina

Nieuwegein, 28 August 2018

Ordina announces today that Aloys Kregting will resign as member of the Supervisory Board of Ordina effective 1 January 2019 in connection with his appointment as member of the Supervisory Board of De Volksbank. The process for his succession is currently underway.

Aloys Kregting has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Ordina since May 2011. In this capacity he is also a member of the Audit Committee. His current term would expire in April 2019 and, given the aforementioned appointment at De Volksbank, will now end on 1 January 2019.
