Aperam announces its financial calendar for 2019

Luxembourg December 13, 2018 (17:45 CET) - Aperam today announces its financial calendar for 2019.

Earnings calendar*:

6 February 2019: earnings for 4th quarter 2018 and 12 months 2018 8 May 2019: earnings for 1st quarter 2019 31 July 2019: earnings for 2nd quarter 2019 and 6 months 2019 6 November 2019: earnings for 3rd quarter 2019 and 9 months 2019 (* earnings are issued before the opening of the European stock exchanges on which the Aperam share is listed)

General Meeting of Shareholder:

7 May 2019: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Luxembourg
