UPDATE OF 2015 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft of FY2014 Consolidated results has been anticipated to March 11th, 2015

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve the draft of FY 2014 consolidated results has been anticipated to 11th March 2015 rather than on 12thMarch as communicated on 10th December 2014.

2015 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2015 Financial Calendar:

February 12th 2015: Aeffe Group Net Sales 2014 results

March 11 th 2015: Board of Directors approves the draft of annual consolidated results (31st December 2014) and relative conference call;

April 16th 2015: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approves annual consolidated results (31st December 2014);

May 13th 2015: Board of Directors approves 1Q 2015 consolidated results and relative conference call;

July 30th 2015: Board of Directors approves 1H 2015 consolidated results and relative conference call;

November 11th 2015: Board of Directors approves 3Q 2015 consolidated results and relative conference call.
