Si rende noto che, in data odierna, viene messa a disposizione ai sensi dell'articolo 72 del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n° 11971 del 1999 e s.m.i. la Relazione illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione sulle proposte di modifica dello Statuto - Assemblea Straordinaria. Tali documenti sono altresì consultabili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.exprivia.it.
