Fiera Milano comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2015, la Relazione illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione - redatta ai sensi dell'art. 2446 del codice civile ed ai sensi dell'art. 74 del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni - unitamente alle osservazioni del Collegio Sindacale previste dall'art. 2446 c.c., sono disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A., nonché presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

FIERA MILANO PUBLISHES THE REPORT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 2446 OF THE ITALIAN CIVIL CODE

Milan, 3 April 2015. Fiera Milano announces that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 29 April 2015, the Report of the Board of Directors – prepared in compliance with Article 2446 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 74 of Consob Regulation no.11971/1999 and subsequent amendments and additions – together with the Remarks of the Board of Statutory Auditors as required by Article 2446 of the Italian Civil Code are available at the registered office and the operational and administrative offices of Fiera Milano S.p.A., as well as at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
