No submission of auditors' minority lists

Cagliari, 6 April 2015 – Under Article. 144-g paragraph 2 of the Issuer Regulations, notice is hereby given that, in relation to the appointment of the Board of Auditors of Tiscali S.p.A., on April 5 th 2015 has been filed at the registered office one list of candidates for the role of Auditor.

Therefore, in accordance with art. 144-sexies, paragraph 5 of the Issuers Regulation, until 8 th April 2015 may be deposited at the Company's address other lists for the appointment of auditors by the shareholders who, alone or with others, at the time of submission of the list are holding shares with voting rights representing at least 2.25% of share capital.

Please note that the lists must be accompanied by all documentation already indicated in the convening of Shareholders' Meeting, published on March 21st, 2015 in the newspaper Milano Finanza and the site www.tiscali.com - Governance area.
