El.En. S.p.A.: Notice of the publication and availability of the proposals for appointment of the Board of Directors by the Shareholders' meeting convened on April 28th/May 15th 2015.

Florence, April 7th 2015 – El.En. hereby gives notice to its shareholders that, pursuant to artt. 147-ter TUF and 144-octies, para 1, of Issuers' Consob Regulation 11971/1999, it is now available the proposals presented for appointment of the Board of Directors of El.En. s.p.a. within the term provided by art. 147-ter, para 1-bis, TUF (April 3rd 2015).

The list of candidates together with the candidates' curriculum, their relevant declarations and statements which are provided for by laws and regulations are now available to the public at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. published on the website www.elengroup.com (section Investor Relations/Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2015) and on the authorized storage website .
