San Donato Milanese (Milan), April 8, 2015 – Saipem informs that the following documents are available at the Company's Registered Office, on the Company's website www.saipem.com under the section Corporate Governance – Shareholders Meeting, on Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website (www.borsaitaliana.it ) and via the "Nis Storage" mechanism at :

• the 2014 Annual Report of Saipem S.p.A., containing the Consolidated and draft Statutory Financial Statements at December 31, 2014, the Directors' Report, the certification pursuant to article 154 – bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Reports by the Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors;
