ABN AMRO heeft vandaag 700.000 aandelen Euronext N.V verkocht aan Caisse des Dépôts. Dat is in totaal 1,00% van het aandelenkapitaal van Euronext N.V. Zowel ABN AMRO als Caisse des Dépôts maken deel uit van de groep referentieaandeelhouders van Euronext N.V.

ABN AMRO behoudt een deelneming in Euronext N.V. en blijft betrokken bij Euronext en diens belangrijke functie in de infrastructuur van de kapitaalmarkten.

ABN AMRO sells part of its reference shareholder stake in Euronext N.V. to Caisse des Dépôts

Today ABN AMRO sold to Caisse des Dépôts 700,000 shares of Euronext N.V, reflecting a total of 1.00% of the share capital of Euronext N.V. Both ABN AMRO and Caisse des Dépôts are part of the reference shareholder group of Euronext N.V.

ABN AMRO will retain an interest in Euronext N.V. and remains committed to Euronext and its important function in the capital markets infrastructure.
