SABAF: LISTS FILED FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS AT THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 5 MAY 2015

Sabaf S.p.A. hereby announced that as of the deadline for the filing of lists for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, set for 10 April 2015, the lists submitted by majority shareholder Giuseppe Saleri S.a.p.A., which holds 5,850,003 shares, equivalent to 50.722% of the share capital, and by minority shareholder Sirefid S.p.A., which holds 450,000 shares, equivalent to 3.902% of the share capital, had been received at the Company's registered office.

By 14 April 2015, the list of candidates, accompanied by their curricula vitae, statements that they accept their nomination and appointment, as well as the certifications provided for by the laws in force, shall be made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the website www.sabaf.it and on the authorised storage system .
