Tower10 Kids, titolare della serie di successo ABC Bear, affida a Mondo TV la distribuzione audiovisiva del medesimo programma in Europa dell'Est, Medio Oriente, Asia e Africa

17 aprile 2015 – Mondo TV S.p.A. annuncia di aver sottoscritto con Tower10 KidsTV GmbH, società di produzione di programmi per bambini avente sede a Vienna e una delle principali realtà nel settore nei paesi germanofoni, un contratto di licenza attraverso il quale Mondo TV sarà distributore di due stagioni della serie di successo ABC Bear in Europa dell'Est, Medio Oriente, Asia e Africa.

Il contratto avrà durata di 18 mesi con diritto di sublicenza di tutti i diritti di sfruttamento audiovisivo sulle due stagioni della suddetta serie, inclusi i diritti di trasmissione televisiva (su ogni piattaforma e mezzo di diffusione) nonché i diritti Video-on-demand.

Tower10 KidsTV Gmbh, avente sede a Vienna, fa parte del gruppo Tower10 attivo nel settore dei media. Fin dal 2005 la società ha operato nella creazione di programmi televisivi per le famiglie e i bambini. Il portfolio della di Tower10 KidsTV comprende sia serie televisive, giochi a premi, format educativi e viene distribuito e visto nelle televisioni di tutto il mondo. Tower10 KidsTV, owner of the successful series ABC Bear, grants to Mondo TV the audiovisual distribution of the same program in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa

17 April 2015 –Mondo TV S.p.A. informs to have executed with Tower10 KidsTV GmbH, a Wien based company producing kids dedicated programs and one of the largest companies in such sector in the German-speaking countries, a new license agreement on ABC Bear. Through this agreement Mondo TV is granted the distribution of the two series of the above successful program in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

The agreement will have a 18 months duration with the right of sublicense of all audiovisual exploitation rights on the two seasons of the above series, including all TV broadcast rights (on all platform and through any diffusion means) as well as all Videoon-demand rights.

The Vienna based television production company Tower10 KidsTV is part of the media company Tower10. Since 2005 Tower10 Kids has been successfully creating TV shows for families and children. The companies' product portfolio ranges from TV-series, game-shows, educational and news formats and is distributed worldwide as well as shown on TV stations around the globe.
