L'ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA E STRAORDINARIA DI EXPRIVIA S.P.A. NON HA RAGGIUNTO IL QUORUM COSTITUTIVO IN PRIMA CONVOCAZIONE

22 aprile 2015. Si rende noto che l'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria degli azionisti di Exprivia S.p.A., prevista oggi alle ore 11,00 in prima convocazione presso la sede legale della Società, in Molfetta (BA), Via Adriano Olivetti n. 11, non ha raggiunto il quorum costitutivo indicato dalla legge e dallo Statuto. L'Assemblea resta pertanto convocata per domani 23 aprile 2015, alle ore 14,30 stesso luogo, in seconda

convocazione per la parte ordinaria e per la parte straordinaria.

THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF EXPRIVIA S.P.A. DID NOT REACH THE QUORUM ON FIRST CALL

April 22, 2015. Please note that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Exprivia SpA, scheduled for today at 11:00, on first call, at the registered office of the Company, in Molfetta (BA), Via Adriano Olivetti n. 11, did not reach the quorum required by law and the Articles of Association.

The meeting is therefore called for tomorrow April 23, 2015, at 14.30 at the same place, on second call, for both the ordinary and the extraordinary session.
