Nieuwegein, 24 July 2019
Ordina has extended its credit facility of EUR 30 million, which was due to expire in May 2020. The facility has a term of 5 years with an initial term of 3 years and two options to extend by 1 year. The new terms include a lower margin and more lenient covenants.
By agreeing this extension, Ordina has anticipated the expiry of the previous facility in May 2020 in good time. The facility is fully committed by ABN AMRO and ING and replaces the previous facility of EUR 30 million. This too was arranged with ABN AMRO and ING.
