Filing of Shareholders' AGM documentation and 2015 First Quarter Report

SHAREHOLDERS' AGM MINUTES

The Shareholder' AGM of April 27, 2015 approved the 2014 Company Financial Statements. The minutes of the Shareholders' AGM will be made available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., at www.basicnet.com/contenuti/datifinanziari/bilanci.asp?lan=EN and on the authorised storage website , in accordance with law.

The financial statements, together with the documentation required by applicable legal provisions and the 2014 consolidated financial statements were made available in the same manner.

2015 FIRST QUARTER REPORT
