San Donato Milanese (Milano), 15 maggio 2015 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione Saipem, riunitosi in data odierna, ha provveduto al rinnovo dei Comitati Interni, che risultano così composti:
Entrambi i Comitati sono interamente composti da Consiglieri indipendenti, ai sensi dell'art. 37, commi 1 lett. d) e 1-bis del Regolamento Mercati.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha verificato in capo a tutti i componenti dei Comitati il possesso dei requisiti previsti dal Codice di Autodisciplina delle società quotate.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha inoltre istituito il Comitato "Corporate Governance" composto dai seguenti amministratori:
Saipem è attiva nei business di Engineering & Construction e Drilling con un forte orientamento verso attività oil & gas in aree remote e in acque profonde. Saipem è leader nella fornitura di servizi di ingegneria, di procurement, di project management e di costruzione, con distintive capacità di progettazione ed esecuzione di contratti offshore e onshore anche ad alto contenuto tecnologico quali la valorizzazione del gas naturale e degli oli pesanti.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), May 15, 2015 – The Board of Directors of Saipem S.p.A. convened today and approved the renewal of the internal Board Committees, as follows:
Both Committees are comprised entirely of independent Board Directors, pursuant to art. 37, paragraph 1 letter d) and paragraph 1-bis of Markets' Regulations.
The Board of Directors ascertained that all Committee members meet the requirements of the Corporate Governance Code of listed companies.
The Board of Directors also set up the Corporate Governance Committee comprising the following Board members:
