Florence, May 22nd 2015 – Notice hereby is given that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting occurred on April, 28th 2015 is now available to the public at the company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., on the company web site www.elengroup.com (section "Investor Relations/governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2015/shareholders' meeting April 28th 2015 - May 15th 2015") and on authorized storage website .

Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "Italia Oggi".
