Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, May 25, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period between May 18 and 22, 2015, acquired 5,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,155,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.8122% of the share capital.
