San Donato Milanese (Milano), 4 giugno 2015 – Con riferimento alle notizie di stampa circa eventuali operazioni sul capitale di Saipem - su richiesta della CONSOB - la Società informa che, nell'interesse di tutti gli azionisti, ha da tempo in corso la valutazione di diverse opzioni di rifinanziamento a supporto della strategia industriale, anche nella prospettiva di un diretto ricorso al mercato.
Al momento nessuna di queste opzioni finanziarie è all'attenzione del Consiglio di Amministrazione.
Saipem è attiva nei business di Engineering & Construction e Drilling con un forte orientamento verso attività oil & gas in aree remote e in acque profonde. Saipem è leader nella fornitura di servizi di ingegneria, di procurement, di project management e di costruzione, con distintive capacità di progettazione ed esecuzione di contratti offshore e onshore anche ad alto contenuto tecnologico quali la valorizzazione del gas naturale e degli oli pesanti.

San Donato Milanese (Milan), June 4, 2015 – With reference to press articles regarding possible operations on Saipem's capital structure - upon Consob's request - the Company informs that, in the interest of all shareholders, it has for some time been evaluating refinancing options to support its industrial strategy, also with the prospect of direct access to the financial markets.
At the present time, none of these options have been brought to the attention of Saipem's Board of Directors.
Saipem operates in the Engineering & Construction and Drilling businesses, with a strong bias towards oil & gas-related activities in remote areas and deep waters.
