Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, June 8th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period June 1st and 5th, 2015, acquired 17,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,185,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.8614% of the share capital.
