GRUPPO MONDO TV: sottoscritto con la società di San Diego Suzy's Zoo l'accordo per la produzione di una seria animata per la TV basata sulla property Adventures in Duckport

L'accordo prevede una partecipazione maggioritaria a favore della Mondo TV ai ricavi derivanti dallo sfruttamento della serie e del licensing e merchandising, inclusa la linea giocattolo

17 giugno 2015 - Mondo TV e Suzy's Zoo, società avente sede a San Diego e proprietaria della omonima property di successo nel settore del merchandising, hanno raggiunto un accordo per la produzione e la distribuzione di una nuova serie animata in 2D HD basata sulla property "Adventures in Duckport" derivata dalla property "Suzy's Zoo".

La serie completa sarà composta da 52 episodi di 11 minuti e sarà distribuita dalla Mondo TV nel Mondo, escluso il Nord America.

All'accordo partecipa anche la società Lawless Entertainment, di Los Angeles, che si occuperà prioritariamente della gestione del licensing e merchandising mondiale, salvi alcuni territori riservati alle società del gruppo Mondo TV.

L'accordo prevede la partecipazione delle parti ai ricavi secondo quote variabili a seconda del settore di sfruttamento, ma in ogni caso con quote maggioritarie della Mondo TV, anche nel caso dei ricavi derivanti dalla vendita del licensing e merchandising, inclusa la vendita della toy line sviluppata dalla serie.

Suzy's Zoo fu fondata nel 1968 da Suzy Spafford, artista di San Diego vincitrice di numerosi premi. Ricollegandosi alle memorie di infanzia dell'autrice, Suzy's Zoo evoca lo spirito del tempo in cui i bambini era liberi di esplorare l'ambiente circostante e costruire le proprie avventure. MONDO TV GROUP executed with the San Diego based company Suzy's Zoo a production agreement for an animated TV series on the property Adventures in Duckport

The agreement sets forth a majority share by Mondo TV on the revenues deriving from the exploitation of the series and the relevant licensing and merchandising including the toy line

17 June 2015 - Mondo TV and Suzy's Zoo, a San Diego based company that owns the homonymous property already famous in the merchandising sector, have reached an agreement for the co-production and distribution of a new 2D HD animated TV series based on the property. "Adventures in Duckport" derived from the property "Suzy's Zoo".

The complete series will be composed of 52 episodes about 11 minutes each and will be distributed by Mondo TV worldwide, except North America.

Lawless Entertainment, a Los Angeles based company, takes part to the agreement as well and will mainly take care of the management of the worldwide licensing and merchandising (except for some territories reserved to Mondo TV group).

The agreement provides for the participation of the parties to the revenues deriving from the distribution of the series and its related licensing and merchandising, upon variable shares: in all cases Mondo TV will have a majority share also on the revenues deriving from the merchandising inclusive the toy line developed from the series.

Suzy's Zoo was established in 1968 by award-winning San Diego artist, Suzy Spafford.
