FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE DELLA RELAZIONE ILLUSTRATIVA DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE ALL'ASSEMBLEA STRAORDINARIA DEGLI AZIONISTI

Milano, 8 luglio 2015. Fiera Milano comunica che la Relazione Illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione – redatta ai sensi dell'art. 125-ter del Decreto Legislativo del 24 febbraio 1998 n. 58 e dell'art. 72 e in conformità all'allegato 3A del Regolamento Consob del 14 maggio 1999 n. 11971, come successivamente modificato e integrato – in merito alle proposte concernenti i punti all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea Straordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 31 luglio 2015, in unica convocazione, è disponibile presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF THE EXPLANATORY REPORT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Milan, 8 July 2015. Fiera Milano informs that the Explanatory Report of the Board of Directors – prepared in accordance with article 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 and article 72 and in accordance with appendix 3A of the Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, subsequently amended and expanded – regarding the proposals on the agenda of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders convened in a single sitting, for 31 July 2015, has been made available to the public at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of the Company.
