Turin, July 20th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. on July 14, 2015 acquired 5,000 shares with average price of 3.805 Euro. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,282,553 treasury shares, equal to 7.021% of the share capital.
