Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, July 27th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period July 20th and 24th, 2015, acquired 10,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,292,553 treasury shares, equal to 7.038% of the share capital.
