CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 27 luglio 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 27 aprile 2015, comunica di aver acquistato dal 20 al 24 luglio 2015 n. 973.042 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 0,9785, per un controvalore complessivo di € 952.159,32.

Milan, July 27 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 20 and 24 2015 it bought back 973,042 own shares at an average price of € 0.9785, for a total amount of € 952,159.32.
