PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL REPORT

For the year ended

December 31, 2019

For the year ended December 31, 2019, we had revenues of €1,186.0 million (YoY increase of 14.2%) and Adjusted EBIDTA of €446.3 million (YoY increase of 37.5%).

At the end of the year we achieved total Group RGUs (Revenue Generating Units) of 16.1 million (YoY increase of 8%), the main increase being due to Spain's mobile RGUs and the Romania's cable tv and internet RGUs.
