Pubblicazione della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale al 30 giugno 2015

Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale al 30 giugno 2015, approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 27 agosto 2015, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede sociale, sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana, sul sito internet della Società (www.landi.it, sezione Investor Relations) e del meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato ().

Sono inoltre a disposizione degli azionisti, sul sito internet della Società www.landi.it (sezione Investor Relations, Governance, Maggiorazione del voto) le modalità per richiedere l'iscrizione nell'elenco speciale, previsto dall'art. 127-quinquies, comma 2, del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998".
