Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 31 st, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 24th and 28 th, 2015, acquired 10,600 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,371,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.17% of the share capital.
