MONDO TV: Orlando Corradi, socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV, comunica di aver acquistato 127.700 azioni Mondo TV negli ultimi giorni, pari a circa lo 0,5% del capitale sociale

Per Orlando Corradi si tratta di "un rinnovato segnale di fiducia sul business della Società alla luce dei risultati conseguiti con la nuova strategia"

10 settembre 2015 – Come emerge indirettamente dai filing model pubblicati in ossequio alla normativa vigente in materia di c.d. Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Mondo TV e socio di maggioranza della medesima, comunica di aver acquistato nelle ultime 5 giornate di mercato aperto 127.700 azioni della Mondo TV, pari a circa lo 0,5% del capitale sociale, per un investimento complessivo di circa Euro 330.000 attestando la propria partecipazione complessiva oltre il 42%.

Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "Ho voluto rinnovare il segnale di fiducia sul business della Società, anche alla luce dei risultati conseguiti con la nuova strategia come emersi dalla recente relazione semestrale al 30 giugno 2015 e delle potenzialità della medesima strategia."

According to Orlando Corradi, this should be read as a "new confidence sign on the business of the company and the group, considering the results reached by the Company under the new strategy"

10 September 2015 – As it indirectly emerges from the filing models published pursuant to the applicable laws on Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, President of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, informed to have acquired in the last five trading days 127,700 shares of Mondo TV, equal to around 0,5% of the company's capital, for a total investment of approximately 330,000 Euros, reaching a total stake over 42%.

Orlando Corradi, President and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, stated: "I wanted to renew my confidence sign on the business of the company and the group, considering the results reached by the Company as expressed in the recent six months report as of 30 June 2015 and the potentials of the same strategy".
